haven. offers non-medical postpartum and newborn support services, including education, emotional support, and practical assistance for families. Our services do not replace medical, nursing, or mental health care.

2. No Medical Advice

All information provided on this website and during services is for educational and supportive purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding medical concerns for yourself or your baby.

3. Client Responsibility

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for all healthcare decisions for yourself and your child.

  • You will inform us of any relevant medical or safety concerns.

  • You understand that doula services are supportive and non-clinical in nature.

4. Booking & Payment

  • Services must be booked in advance.

  • Payment terms, rates, and packages are outlined at the time of booking during invoicing.

  • Payment is due according to the agreement provided prior to service.

  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or changes must be made with 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than the required notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of personalized services, refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered. Package and prepaid service refunds are subject to the terms outlined in your client agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability
